Payment

Our online webstore accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as payments via PayPal. Credit cards will be charged once your order has been processed (as opposed to in real-time at checkout). This makes it easier on both you and us if there are any delays or changes to your order. PayPal funds are transferred in real time, but the nature of PayPal makes it very easy to refund part or all of your payment if needed.

Our physical store (in Anaheim, CA) accepts credit cards, traveler's checks, money orders, personal checks (with valid ID), and of course cash. For customers in our store, we have additional financing options available on approved credit. For details, please come in and visit our store or call during regular business hours.

 

Order Processing and Backorders

Online orders are processed during regular store hours. Our store is open Tuesdays through Saturdays, closed on Sundays and Mondays - this means that orders placed on the weekend will likely not be processed or shipped until Tuesday morning. Please keep this in mind when ordering - we'd hate to leave you in a bind when you need something in a hurry...

Most of the products found in our webstore are items that we keep in stock in our store. However, there's always a chance that we could be out of something or that the manufacturer could be having trouble filling orders. If we find a problem with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible BEFORE charging your credit card so that we can discuss alternatives and options.

 

Special Orders

Some products found in our webstore are designated as Special Order items. This means that these items are usually not ready to be shipped - we'll need to order them from our supplier or the manufacturer, a process that could take weeks or even months. Items like this are clearly marked on their respective pages, along with a general estimate of time until delivery. We will contact you with a more accurate time estimate once your order has been placed (or you can contact us before ordering if you wish). Please understand that Anaheim Band is not in control of the actual delivery time - we're at the manufacturer's mercy. In addition, special order items may not be returned or refunded.

 

Shipping

We ship orders via UPS, safely packaged and insured against damage for the full purchase price. When your order ships from our store, you will receive an email directly from UPS with your package tracking number and delivery information. If you do not receive (or have lost) this confirmation email, please contact us for the tracking information.

You have the option at checkout to upgrade your order at the time of checkout to a faster method of delivery, such as 2 day air. Please keep in mind that time estimates for shipping are based on when your order actually leaves our store, and not necessarily from the time you place your order. Orders are shipped from our store Tuesday through Friday. In addition, UPS does not consider weekends or holidays to be part of their delivery time. In other words, an order placed on a Friday evening but upgraded to 2nd day air will probably not arrive at your door until the following Thursday at the earliest (since it won't leave our building until Tuesday).

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we can file a claim with the shipping company and send you replacement items. Please save ALL boxes and packaging materials, call or email us as soon as possible, and wait for further instructions.

 

International Orders

We apologize, but at this time we will not accept orders from outside the United States through our website. However, we do have the ability to ship orders worldwide, and do so on a regular basis. If you live outside the US and would like to purchase anything from us, please call our store during business hours to arrange for payment and shipping.

 

Returns

Items purchased via our online webstore may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, with the following exceptions:

  • For copyright reasons, opened computer software and printed music will not be refunded. Defective or damaged items will be replaced with another copy.
     

  • For health reasons, opened boxes of reeds cannot be returned.
     

  • Any items returned without complete packaging or not in new condition (i.e. scratches or any signs of use) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee also applies to any returned mouthpieces (regardless of condition or packaging) to help defray the cost of cleaning and sterilization.
     

  • Special Order or customized items may not be returned.
     

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All other items may be returned for credit, exchange, or refund, either in person in our store or by return shipping. Please contact us by phone or email to make arrangements.
